Returns Policy
- Returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened or the product consumed.
- Damaged or defective orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@alidates.com.
- Approved claims resolved by product replacement or credit note. Cash refunds only where required by applicable law.
- Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and returned to sender at their cost.
- Natural variation in the appearance, size, or texture of dates does not constitute a quality defect.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Local (Jordan)
Orders delivered via third-party courier within 2–5 business days. Shipping fees quoted at checkout.
Regional (GCC & Middle East)
Air or sea freight. Timelines and costs depend on volume and destination — quoted per order.
International (Europe, North America, Rest of World)
Wholesale export shipments via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight. Phytosanitary and customs documentation provided upon request.
Custom Packaging
Orders requiring custom packaging may require additional lead time of 7–14 days.
