Founded in 2013 by the Al-Kouz family, our farm spans over 100 dunums of carefully tended palm groves in the heart of the Jordan Valley. Every Medjool date we grow is a product of the region’s unique mineral-rich soil, warm desert climate, and the kind of attentive care that only a family farm can provide.

We invested early in state-of-the-art Italian sorting technology — not because efficiency was our only goal, but because we understood that consistency is the foundation of trust for international buyers. Our cold storage and refrigeration infrastructure ensures that every date leaves the farm at peak freshness.

Today, Ali Dates is more than a farm. We are a Global GAP-certified producer, a B2B export partner for buyers across multiple continents, and a growing voice for sustainable Jordanian agriculture. We also give back — offering our sorting machinery and cold storage to smaller local farmers, and investing in the next generation of date cultivators through capacity-building programs.
