Returns Policy

  1. Returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened or the product consumed.
  2. Damaged or defective orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@alidates.com.
  3. Approved claims resolved by product replacement or credit note. Cash refunds only where required by applicable law.
  4. Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and returned to sender at their cost.
  5. Natural variation in the appearance, size, or texture of dates does not constitute a quality defect.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local (Jordan)

Orders delivered via third-party courier within 2–5 business days. Shipping fees quoted at checkout.

Regional (GCC & Middle East)

Air or sea freight. Timelines and costs depend on volume and destination — quoted per order.

International (Europe, North America, Rest of World)

Wholesale export shipments via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight. Phytosanitary and customs documentation provided upon request.

Custom Packaging

Orders requiring custom packaging may require additional lead time of 7–14 days.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.The buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes applicable in their country.
