Welcome to alidates.com, operated by Khalid Ali Al-Kouz & Partners (“Ali Dates”). By accessing or using this website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of alidates.com and any orders placed through the website or via direct inquiry. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

  1. All products are agricultural food items and must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  2. Prices may change seasonally based on harvest yield and market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed upon formal quotation.
  3. Due to the natural nature of our products, individual dates may vary slightly in appearance. This does not constitute a defect.
  4. We reserve the right to amend product specifications and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Wholesale Inquiries

  1. Orders are subject to availability. Quote requests do not constitute a binding order until confirmed in writing by Ali Dates.
  2. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to wholesale and export orders. Details provided upon quotation.
  3. A partial deposit may be required to confirm production or packing for export orders.
  4. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are determined per order based on destination, weight, and volume.
  2. Ali Dates is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or events outside our control.
  3. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and regulatory compliance.

5. Returns & Refunds

  1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once opened or accepted by the buyer.
  2. Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to info@alidates.com.
  3. Approved claims resolved via product replacement or credit note. Cash refunds only where required by law.
  4. Products returned without prior authorisation will be returned to sender at their cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, images, text, and brand elements — is the property of Ali Dates and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ali Dates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes shall be subject to Jordanian courts.
